By accessing or using AdVerdict, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

AdVerdict is a rules-based decision engine that analyzes dropshipping ad performance data and provides verdicts (SCALE, OPTIMIZE, TEST, HOLD, KILL) based on deterministic rules and thresholds.

AdVerdict does not provide financial, investment, or business advice. All verdicts are informational tools to support your own decision-making. You are solely responsible for your advertising spend and business decisions.

Beta disclaimer

AdVerdict is currently in beta. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into AdVerdict.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Intellectual property

The AdVerdict service, including its rules engine, interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of Actvli Responsible Consulting. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the product or ad performance data you enter.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actvli Responsible Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AdVerdict at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where Actvli Responsible Consulting is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
