• Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, and error logs collected automatically for service improvement.

How we use your data

• To provide and improve the AdVerdict service.
• To generate ad performance verdicts and recommendations for your account.
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• To send transactional emails related to your account (no marketing emails).

Third-party services

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication (EU region).
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-powered creative recommendations. Only anonymized ad metrics are sent; no personal data is shared.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
